Are your costumes safe for children?

Absolutely! The safety and quality of our products are our top priorities. Every costume and play set is carefully handpicked and meets our high standards for safety, ensuring they are ready for endless imaginative adventures.

Do you have costumes for babies and toddlers?

Yes, we do! We have a special ‘Baby & Toddler’ category with adorable and comfortable outfits designed specifically for our littlest dreamers.

We ship our costumes worldwide, bringing joy to children across the globe! (Please note: we are unable to ship to a few remote areas and parts of Asia).

What are my shipping options?

We offer two magical shipping options:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch.
– Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch. Perfect for planning ahead!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. After that, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method. Standard Shipping takes 10-15 days after dispatch, and Free Shipping (EMS) takes 15-25 days after dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
