That’s why we’ve created a straightforward and fairy-tale-friendly returns process.

Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges for 15 days from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Your happiness is our priority!

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items from our collection:
  • Tights (from the ‘Tights’ menu category)
All sales for these specific items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange journey:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to make sure you provide us with all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Let the Magic Happen: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange!

Refunds: When and How

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. It may then take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping will apply to the new shipment.
