Shipping Your Magical Parcel

We work with our elf friends in the warehouse to get your order prepared and on its way to you in no time!

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for its journey.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping (Cost: $12.95): We send your package via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment. A perfect little saving for more magic!
  • Shipping Regions: We ship our magical outfits worldwide! However, please note we are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few very remote regions.

Our Fairy-Tale Returns Policy

We want you and your child to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If an outfit isn’t the perfect fit or doesn’t quite capture your imagination, we’re here to help with a simple returns process.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our little customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Tights (from our ‘Tights’ menu category) due to hygiene reasons. All sales for these items are final.

Eligibility: We happily accept returns and exchanges for 15 days from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange journey:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Let the Magic Happen! Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange!

Refunds: When and How

  • Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. It may then take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

For Exchanges: We will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping will apply to the new shipment.
