Shipping Regions

We ship our magical outfits worldwide! However, please note we are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few very remote regions.

Delivery Issues

Any estimated delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Eligibility

We happily accept returns and exchanges for 15 days from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for our instructions and Returns Authorization Number
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide using a trackable service

Refunds

After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

It may then take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
